NGOs and individuals: sole proprietors, civil contracts, volunteers

Programme · half a day to 1 day · online
A programme for HR staff, accountants and directors of NGOs that engage experts, trainers and volunteers. We look at choosing the contract type, the taxes involved and how to support these costs to the donor.
In short
NGOs and individuals: sole proprietors, civil contracts, volunteers
The programme lasts from half a day to one day and deals with how an NGO works with individuals. We compare sole proprietor (FOP) contracts, civil-law contracts and employment, and cover taxes, the risk of reclassification, payments to non-residents and volunteer arrangements. We also look at the documents that support such costs to the donor.
