Client documents
Strict confidentiality of information received from clients is one of the firm’s basic working standards. Documents received and prepared in the course of an engagement are not disclosed or passed to third parties without the owner’s consent, as required by audit legislation and professional ethics.
Access within the firm
Written and electronic materials are available only to the staff working on the client’s engagement. Every employee has signed a separate confidentiality agreement. At the client’s request we sign a bilateral non-disclosure agreement.
File exchange
Documents are transferred through a secure file exchange rather than by open e-mail. Access is granted for the duration of the engagement.
Data from website forms
The name, phone, e-mail and description you leave in a form are used only to answer your request and prepare a proposal. This data is not passed to third parties and is not used for mailings without your consent.
