How we take over the books: 30 days without stopping your work
We review the state of the books, the latest reports and the database, and tell you honestly what is fine and what needs fixing.
A contract describing services and liability, an NDA, access to the bank, the taxpayer’s cabinet and the database.
Reconciliation with the tax office and counterparties, balances by project and account, a list of missing documents.
You receive the first reports, the reporting calendar and your dedicated accountant’s contact. Then the monthly rhythm.
What we guarantee under the contract
If a penalty results from our error, we correct the reports and compensate the penalty under the contract terms.
An NDA with every client, access to documents only for the assigned specialists, secure storage.
The reporting calendar is agreed at the start; deadlines are controlled by the head of the practice, not by one accountant.

What clients ask before handing over the books
How is your NGO accounting different from ordinary bookkeeping?
We keep the books so that they pass the donor’s audit the first time: separate accounting for each grant, documents per the donor’s requirements, reports in the donor’s format, non-profit status control. Accountant and auditor in one team.
How much does accounting outsourcing cost?
We prepare a proposal after reviewing your task: number of transactions, employees, grants or business lines. Reply within 1 day; the fee is fixed in the contract.
How do we hand over the books from the previous accountant?
We take over the database ourselves, reconcile with the tax office and counterparties and list the missing documents. The transition takes about 30 days and does not stop your operations.
Do you work with newly registered companies and organisations?
Yes. We set up the books from scratch: accounting policy, a budget for NGOs, VAT or simplified tax registration, first reports. For NGOs we help obtain the non-profit status.
Can we order only part of the service, such as payroll or reporting only?
Yes. The Basic format or stand-alone services: payroll, HR records, donor reports, restoration of books. The scope is fixed in the contract and changed when needed.
Do you communicate with the donor or head office in English?
Yes. We prepare donor and head-office reports in English, answer their queries and take part in calls with finance managers.
Who is liable if the tax office imposes a penalty?
For errors on our side we are: we correct the reports and compensate the penalty under the contract. Liability for errors in source documents provided by the client is delimited in the contract.
Which software do you use and who owns the database?
BAS, M.E.Doc, client-bank and, where needed, QuickBooks for foreign companies. The database and documents belong to you; on termination we hand everything over in order.
