All dates fall on working days, so nothing is postponed.

November is a busy month: quarterly returns, nine-month financial statements and the regular monthly reporting all fall into the same weeks. Below is the full calendar of filing and payment dates, the working time standard and several events of the month that a director or chief accountant should keep in mind.

What has changed

November is the reporting month for Q3 2026. We checked our calendar against the accountant calendar published by Debet-Kredit: news.dtkt.ua. No deadline falls on a weekend, so none of them moves.

The corporate income tax return for Q3 is filed on the updated form approved by Ministry of Finance Order No. 186. We covered the changes to the form separately: the new corporate income tax return for three quarters.

Working time standard for November 2026: 21 working days, 168 hours for a 40-hour week. There are no public holidays, since Article 73 of the Labour Code does not apply under martial law.

Who is affected

LLCs and private enterprises on the general tax system: corporate income tax return, nine-month financial statements, corporate income tax payment;

VAT payers: registration of VAT invoices and adjustment calculations in the Unified Register of VAT Invoices twice a month, VAT return and VAT payment;

legal entities and sole proprietors (FOP) in single tax group 3: Q3 single tax return and payment of the tax and the military levy;

sole proprietors (FOP) in groups 1 and 2: advance single tax and military levy payments for November;

employers: USC, the monthly unified report, the report on the contribution to support employment of persons with disabilities, notices to the territorial recruitment centre (TCC);

payers of environmental tax, rent payment, tourist tax, parking fee, land payment and excise tax;

entities reporting to the State Statistics Service on forms 1-PV and 3-borg, and those working with settlement books.

What to do and by when

Date

What to file

What to pay

5 November

Registration of VAT invoices and adjustment calculations issued on 1-15 October; notice to the TCC on changes in employee registration data (Annex 4) for October, if there were changes

None

9 November

For Q3: corporate income tax return together with nine-month financial statements; group 3 single tax return; unified report on USC, personal income tax (PIT) and military levy for FOPs; report on the contribution for employment of persons with disabilities; returns for environmental tax, rent payment, tourist tax and parking fee. Paying earlier is fine, paying later is a delay.

Forgetting the financial statements. The nine-month financial statements are filed with the State Tax Service (STS) together with the corporate income tax return, not on a separate date.

Old return form. For Q3 the corporate income tax return is filed on the updated form under Ministry of Finance Order No. 186.

Quarterly versus monthly unified report. FOPs report for Q3 by 9 November, while employers file the monthly report for October by 20 November.

Unpaid salaries. If October income was accrued but not paid out, PIT and military levy must still be paid by 30 November.

The cost of a mistake: a missed deadline leads to penalties and late payment interest, and a VAT invoice not registered on time creates a problem for your customer.

What else matters in November

13 November: the State Regulatory Service approves the inspection plan for 2027.
