How the work goes<\/h2>\n\n
Request and proposal. You describe the task in the form or by phone, we ask clarifying questions and send a commercial proposal within 1 day.<\/li>\n
Contract and checklist. We sign the contract and hand over the list of documents required and the work schedule.<\/li>\n
Execution. Auditors, accountants or lawyers do the work and keep you informed of interim results.<\/li>\n
Result and support. You receive the report, financial statements or documents, plus answers to questions after the work is completed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
Documents you will need<\/h2>\n
The exact list depends on the service, but for the first conversation it is usually enough to have:<\/p>\n

the charter or a short description of the organisation’s activities;<\/li>\n
for a grant audit: the donor agreement, the budget and the financial report for the period;<\/li>\n
for an audit of financial statements: the annual financial statements and the trial balance;<\/li>\n
for accounting services: the number of transactions per month, headcount and tax regime;<\/li>\n
for legal services: draft contracts or documents related to the matter.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Timing<\/h2>\n
A commercial proposal is prepared within 1 day. A grant audit usually takes one to three weeks depending on the volume of expenditure, an audit of annual financial statements two to four weeks, and accounting services start from the month following the signing of the contract. Exact deadlines are fixed in the contract.<\/p>\n
