Contract drafting and review matters when money depends on the wording: whether the counterparty will pay, whether the donor will accept the costs as eligible, whether the tax authority will assess additional VAT or income tax. MK Audit’s lawyers draft contracts from scratch and review drafts received from counterparties, while our auditors assess the tax consequences of every clause in parallel.<\/p>\n
The result is a contract ready for signature, or a written opinion listing the risky clauses, explaining the consequences and proposing alternative wording. How the work proceeds<\/h2>\n\n
Request and proposal. You describe the transaction or send the draft contract, we assess the scope and send a commercial proposal within 1 day.<\/li>\n
Contract and checklist. We sign the contract, agree the timeline and send a list of the information we need on the parties, the subject and the payment terms.<\/li>\n
Execution. The lawyer prepares the draft or the opinion, the auditor checks the tax consequences, and you receive the document for approval.<\/li>\n
Result and support. We deliver the final version, help agree it with the counterparty and answer questions during performance of the contract.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
